With products ranging from Cheddar, Salmon, Trout and Duck to Icing Sugar and Garlic, there is little that Wiltshire Smokehouse can’t smoke. With careful preparation, natural woodsmoke, time and patience this small, artisan operation has been quietly smoking some of the West Country’s finest products for over 25 years. I’ve done a lot of smoked food photography in my time and it’s always a challenge – but always delicious!
