Like so many businesses during the Covid pandemic, Pret a Manger had to completely rethink their business model. No longer could they rely on office worker footfall to pay the bills. With new food product photography aimed at a ‘click and collect’ market, as well as ‘heat at home’ offerings, Pret asked me to shoot almost all of their food inventory as part of a total overhaul of the business.
