I’ve done a lot of meat photography over the years for butchers, farm shops and even for one of the UK’s oldest meat wholesalers, Keevil & Keevil, based in the heart of Smithfield Market. Whether raw or cooked, whole or jointed, there is always something beautiful about a chunk of meat.
