Flavours of the Neighbourhood

Hotel Indigo, a boutique arm of the InterContinental Hotels Group, asked me to shoot the 6 finalists of their ‘Flavours of the Neighbourhood’ competition, to find the UK’s favourite artisan producer.

Along with an esteemed panel of food experts including TV’s Jimmy Doherty, award-winning food writer William Sitwell, and supper club pioneer Kerstin Rodgers, we travelled the length and breadth of the British Isles sampling some of the very best artisan produce as voted for by the public.
