So what a privilege to spend two days with Clare Smyth at Core restaurant for German food magazine B-EAT. With 3 Michelin Stars, Core is based in the heart of Notting Hill. Shooting food photography and chef portraits of Clare and head Chef Jonny Bone was such a delight.
